Rick's brother, Dave and a friend, Travis drug our boat out for us from Utah this week. Taking advantage of his last week off, they've been up in the wee hours of the morning to charter fish yesterday and today, and plans to hit Reno for the Reno Air Races on Saturday with Seth. Busy, tired boys! They limited on rock cod and Rick got a 5 foot eel yesterday. I'm hopeful they'll bring home some big flatties today...my favorite! Halibut!
So, here's a new recipe for you from boat captain Rick! Take one small fish fillet, dab it with butter, sprinkle with salt & creole seasoning, or lemon pepper (or whatever favorite seasonings you use). Microwave for 1 minute. You can't believe how good this is! I may never bake fish again!

Wow! The microwave idea sounds awesome! Good thinking! Sounds like everyone is staying busy over there. How fun!
